DRAFT – have a lawyer review before selling and set the effective date. The Czech version prevails.

Terms of sale and licence

1. Seller

Ing. Pavel Kantor, sole trader, Tomkova 3166/1, 150 00 Praha 5 – Smíchov, Czech Republic, company ID 48125598, not VAT registered. Contact: info@tillpocket.cz.

2. Subject

A non-exclusive licence to use the TillPocket web application (point-of-sale software) on the agreed number of devices, bound to the buyer’s company ID. The licence is lifetime and can’t be moved to another company ID.

3. Price and payment

Prices per the current price list at tillpocket.cz, final (the seller is not VAT registered). Payment in advance by card via Stripe. The licence is delivered by e-mail after payment.

4. Updates

The licence includes 1 year of updates from purchase: new features and changes required by legislation (e.g. EET, VAT, document requirements). Security fixes are provided to all licences without time limit. After updates end, the software keeps working in the version available on that date. Updates can be renewed for another year at any time per the price list.

5. Legal compliance

The buyer is responsible for using the till in compliance with the law (in particular sales records and document requirements). Changes following new legislation are part of updates; a buyer without valid updates accepts this as their responsibility. The seller announces upcoming changes by e-mail and in the app.

6. Trial

14 days free, 1 device, once per company ID. Afterwards data can be viewed and exported, no new documents can be issued. Buying a licence for the same company ID converts the trial into a full licence.

7. Withdrawal

The licence is sold only to businesses for their business (the buyer gives a Czech company ID); consumer contract rules, including withdrawal, don’t apply. A free trial is available before purchase.

8. Liability

The software is provided as is; the seller is not liable for lost profit or for data the buyer did not back up. The seller’s liability is limited to the price paid for the licence.

9. Personal data in the till

The buyer processes the data in the till (documents, customers) as controller. With sync switched on, the seller stores this data for the buyer only in encrypted form, without access to the key; to that extent the seller is a processor under Art. 28 GDPR. The seller uses the data for no other purpose, passes it to nobody except the storage provider (Cloudflare) and deletes it on the buyer’s request; when use ends the buyer can export it.

10. Final provisions

Governed by Czech law. Effective from [date].
